When I joined the Lift Her program, I had just completed an 8km running race and was feeling fairly positive about my progress and consistency in reaching and meeting fitness goals. However, I noticed that when I did not prioritize weight lifting, I felt so much weaker in my runs.
The Lift Her program and coaches provided me with more than what I expected to receive when signing up. I received personalized nutrition coaching, which highlighted how little protein I was consuming as a vegetarian. The body scan I received at the start of the program provided interesting data about my body composition. The weekly programmed workouts provided me with variety of exercises that were challenging, yet doable at home with equipment. The in person workouts were well organized and fun! Coaches and Lift Her participants were encouraging and kind.
I’ve noticed that my clothes are fitting better, I’m checking myself out in the mirror more often, and I’m stronger than I was when I started the program. I would trust this team with my future fitness programming 100% and I would encourage any woman to join this program for future cohorts.

The lift her program kept popping up on my news feed on my social medial and a few friends kept posting and talking about this new program. It took me a few weeks to commit and sign up. Its really hard to focus on myself I would rather spend my time helping others...... WOW am I ever glad I decided to give it a try. I have a background of going to the gym and doing home work outs.... but having a trainer who is knowledgeable and proving I can lift the weights I never dreamed I would be able to is an amazing feeling. Overall this in a great support group and they are full of knowledge. Would recommend over and over.
